Dominant Animal: Titus the Gorilla King

Animal behavior is optimized for survival and reproduction. Therefore how an animal behaves in relation to another animal is entirely a question of who is the dominant animal. Whether it be the interspecies polarization of status between predator and prey, or intraspecies status hierarchy which determines animal social behavior. Dominant animals produce a visceral physiological and biochemical response inside of the submissive animal, which inwardly motivates the display of some outward behavior.
